The hotel was a nice escape with beautiful gardens and pools, though the initial reception left something to be desired. The room we were eventually given was clean and comfortable, but noise from the corridor was a downside. The dining options were great for breakfast and lunch, but the in-room entertainment could use improvement. Overall, it’s a good place for families, especially with a nice location near East Bali.

My stay at the resort was truly relaxing, especially thanks to the beautiful beachside setting and the luxurious ocean view suite. The staff were attentive and the amenities like multiple pools and a spa really enhanced the experience. However, the air conditioning in our initial room was problematic, which slightly diminished the comfort during the first part of our stay. Overall, though, it felt like a fantastic way to unwind.
